PermissionToPlay ships worldwide via standard UK postal services. We ship orders Monday through Friday. Shipments within the UK should arrive within 2-6 business days.
We do not guarantee delivery dates for any shipments.
We are happy to ship to countries around the world. Because of customs it is difficult to estimate delivery times. It seems most international shipments arrive within two weeks but occasionally take longer.
For all orders and destinations, shipping rates are based on total order weight.
For customers outside the UK, please be aware that you – or the recipient, if you are sending a gift – may be responsible for additional customs fees, VAT, or duties charged during the process of delivering your order. These fees are controlled by government authorities in your home country and can vary from area to area. It is unfortunately quite difficult to estimate what these fees might be prior to shipping and we encourage you to check with the laws in your area if you have further questions. In these instances the item may be held by your local post office; if your item has not arrived, please check with your local post office.
There may be some countries where we are unable to ship to. We will add known restricted destinations here if we become aware of them.
If anything you purchase from the PermissionToPlay store is unsatisfactory or damaged you can return it to us within 15 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange voucher equal to the value of the item(s) you ordered. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging where appropriate. We cannot accept returns of edible items. We cannot accept returns after more than 15 days post-purchase.
To make a return please send it back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Sale items will not be considered for exchange or refund unless the product is damaged or defective.
At this time we are unable to offer return postage to our international customers. If you are not completely blown away by any item you receive from us, you may send it back to us at your expense for a full refund.
